I’m a professor in the Philosophy Department at Dalhousie University.

My areas of specialization are in animal (bio)ethics, naturalized epistemology, neuroethics, and the philosophy of animal behaviour and cognition. Though my teaching interests reflect my specializations, I also enjoy teaching courses in applied ethics, Asian philosophies, bioethics, and the philosophy of religion.
